Please read this document in full before using the jat baj platform. All terms stated here define the relationship between the user and the platform, and clarify the rights and responsibilities of both parties.
Definitions and Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("Users") of the jat baj platform and its services. In this document, "Platform" refers to jat baj's website, mobile application, and all associated digital services.
By registering on the jat baj platform or starting to use any of its services, the user acknowledges that they have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with every clause. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using the platform.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.1 Key Definitions
- Platform: All digital services provided by jat baj, including its website and application.
- User: Any person who is registered on the platform or is using its services.
- Account: A personal user profile created through registration.
- Balance: Real funds deposited in the account and any applicable bonuses.
- Bonus: An additional amount granted under promotional conditions that cannot be withdrawn before specific wagering requirements are met.
Account Registration and Personal Information
To create an account on the jat baj platform, the user must provide accurate and complete information. The platform reserves the right to suspend or close an account if registration is completed with false or misleading information.
Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts under the same person's name ("duplicate accounts") are detected, the additional accounts will be closed and any funds deposited or bonuses earned in those accounts may be forfeited.
2.1 Account Security
It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details secure. If there is any suspicion of unauthorized use of the account, jat baj support must be notified immediately. Sharing, selling, or transferring an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Updating Information
If any information provided at registration changes, the user is responsible for updating their account details accordingly. The platform is not liable for withdrawal delays or holds caused by outdated or incorrect information.
Age Verification and Identity Confirmation
At the time of registration, the user declares that they are not under 21 years of age. The platform may request identity documents or proof of age at any time. If the requested verification documents are not submitted within the specified period, the account may be temporarily or permanently closed.
A user's withdrawals may be temporarily suspended while a verification process is underway. Normal transactions will resume once identity verification is successfully completed.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
Deposits and withdrawals on the jat baj platform are currently supported via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, if identity verification is required or any irregularity is suspected, the platform may temporarily hold a withdrawal for further review.
4.1 Payment Terms
- The mobile number used for deposits must be registered in the user's own name.
- Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- Deposits and withdrawals using the same payment method may be verified for security purposes.
- The platform is not liable for any transaction delays caused by technical issues with the system or payment gateway.
4.2 Suspicious Transactions
If any transaction appears unusual or suspicious, the platform reserves the right to investigate it. The balance of the relevant account may be temporarily frozen during the investigation.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Various bonuses and promotional offers are available on the jat baj platform. Each bonus has specific wagering requirements; winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
A welcome bonus of 100% is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement to meet is ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.
5.1 General Bonus Terms
- Each promotion may be claimed only once, unless the terms state otherwise.
- Bonuses may only be used in eligible games or betting categories.
- If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, the order in which they are used will be determined by platform rules.
- If bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and any winnings earned from it may be cancelled.
- A special birthday gift will be credited automatically once during the registered birthday month, up to a maximum of ৳1,500, with a wagering requirement of 10 times.
5.2 VIP Cashback
The jat baj VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier includes a weekly cashback based on a fixed percentage of the week's net losses. Gold tier members can receive up to 1.1% weekly cashback. Example: with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, a Gold member can receive up to ৳220 in cashback.
Gaming Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the jat baj platform must be played correctly and fairly. The use of any software, bots, automated tools, or artificial methods to play games is strictly prohibited.
For sports betting, bet outcomes will be settled according to the applicable rules. In the event of any dispute regarding bet amounts, bet types, or outcomes, the platform's decision will be considered final.
6.1 Faulty Games and Technical Issues
If a fault in a game or the system produces an abnormal result, the platform reserves the right to void that round or bet. If a technical issue causes a disruption, the user will have their staked amount returned, but any claim on potential winnings will not be recognised.
6.2 Special Conditions for Sports Betting
During live betting, if accepted odds change, the platform reserves the option to accept or reject a bet at the new odds. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the standard sports betting rules will apply to the relevant bets.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are completely prohibited on the jat baj platform, and any account found to be involved in them will be closed immediately:
- Using funds obtained through illegal means ("money laundering") on the platform.
- Bonus abuse — operating multiple accounts or coordinating bets with the intention of exploiting bonus offers.
- Using software or bots to manipulate game outcomes.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems, servers, or databases.
- Using another user's identity or providing false information with the intent to harm them.
- Threatening or harassing any staff member or representative of the platform.
- Helping a person under 21 years of age to use the platform.
If any of the above violations are proven, the platform reserves the right to forfeit the full balance of the relevant account and take legal action if necessary.
Account Suspension and Closure
The jat baj platform reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account, without prior notice, for any reason — particularly in cases of Terms violations. An account may also be temporarily suspended while suspicious activity is under investigation.
8.1 User Request to Close Account
Any user may request to close their own account at their own discretion. Upon request, the remaining valid balance (the portion withdrawable after bonus conditions are met) will be returned through the designated method.
8.2 Self-Exclusion
As part of the Responsible Gaming policy, users may apply for temporary or long-term self-exclusion. This option helps with gaming control and takes effect immediately upon the user's request.
Limitation of Liability
The jat baj platform provides services on an "as is" basis. The platform does not accept liability for compensation if services are disrupted due to technical reasons, if a game is interrupted mid-session due to internet connectivity issues, or if third-party services (payment gateways, game providers) are disrupted.
Users participate in gaming and betting activities voluntarily and at their own risk. The platform is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gaming or betting. In any dispute, the platform's maximum liability is limited to the value of the relevant transaction.
9.1 Third-Party Content
The platform offers games supplied by third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, and others). The respective provider is solely responsible for the content and operation of those games.
